Welcome

Ink & Ecstasy is a podcast hosted by friends who write under the pseudonyms D. E. Grimwood and Lizzette Monroe. Within these podcasts we will discuss various topics on writing, including insight into  our own writing, general tropes, ideas, theories, and observations we've made as both writers and readers of erotic fiction. We will also host story reviews where we share stories with one another then discuss the things we liked or disliked about them, where it thrived, where it failed, or why we recommended it among various other things that come up as we go through the review process.

Are we qualified to do this? Not really, but we're having fun with it. We won't denigrate the work of another author even if we personally hated the story in question. Our only goals with reviewing is to offer entertainment, insight into our own interests and inspirations, and draw more attention to authors and works we feel are deserving of such, so please go read, vote, and leave a thoughtful comment on the stories! There will always be a link to each story and author bio on our podcast.

We don't script these, they are off the cuff. What we know ahead of time is: the topic, the stories, and the time we're recording. There will be chaos, hopefully it's the amusing kind.
